Room was clean, but toilet chain kept coming off and water leaked out from shower. Breakfast was good. It would have been nice if they had hot water and coffee earlier than 8 am. The inn was in an awesome location and the downstairs sitting room was nice.

This inn was so perfect for what I needed! I needed a lovely/ comfortable/ cozy inn for a couple of nights in a good, safe and walkable location. It was wonderful! Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, the room was cozy and clean, and the claw foot bathtub was divine! If I am in SLO again, I will 100% stay here!

Shower is a safety hazard. Requieres you to clear a 2x2ft edge of the bathtub. No eails, no step through anything. How it passes safety inspections is beyond me. Also most be the smallest queen size bed ever made

Love the cute inn and location. Parking is 16/night or walk a bit and park free up the street. The best part was the wonderful and yummy made to order breakfast/ so good as well as beautifully presented. Def wasnt expecting! It is an inn so rooms are each unique. Tv not in bedroom side if that matters but will def stay again. Staff super friendly

Everything was perfect! Very quaint building and comfortable room. Enjoyed the breakfasts and the staff was super friendly. Loved the personal touch here that you normally don't get in big hotels. Location is perfect for exploring downtown San Luis Obispo by foot. Very enjoyable experience all around!

Very cute inn. It was old, but well-maintained. The breakfast was ok, but I think it is enough. There are a few coffee shops a block away to get good coffee. The area was safe, convenient and walkable to several shops and restaurants. My only issue is that it takes a while for you to feel the hot water in the shower, it was still a great stay. I would stay there again because of the location.

For the expensive price you pay for this hotel, I would probably pick somewhere else next time. The hotel is super "cute" but the bathrooms are very old (—old bathtub). The walls are thin so you can hear neighbor's mumbling, alarm clocks ringing, outside noise, etc. There's no parking, only residential parking a few blocks away. (It's a safe area, but still.) There's no 24/7 front desk service, so during lunch break and past 8pm, guests are on their own (to lock up the actual place. We were the last guest to check in so the attendant left for the day). The arrival wine and cookies were a lovely touch, and the morning assortment was a delight (—pastries, beverages (coffee/orange juice), fruit (kiwi, grapefruit), and made to order poached eggs). The location was definitely the reason why we booked the place, as it was near the hip and happening night life of SLO (while the opposite end of the town, the hotels are much less but dead quiet). Liked it, but I don't think I'd book it again, due to the high price.
