I booked an Oceanview room and got a partial view room when I complained about it they gave me some story that all ocean view rooms are subject to be placed in a partial view if the partial view is available get out of here

Room was spotless bed was very comfortable. Could not get the heater to work. We left something in the room and I called to ask if housekeeping turned in the item. I was told that they would check and get back to me. Three hours later I called again and was told that they had just given the message to the manager. Here I am still waiting to hear from them. It’s been over 11/2 hours since the second call. The thing is the hotel was a ghost town Monday morning. Everyone had checked out on Sunday the day before. I guess once you check out they could care less about you. Don’t think they want any more business from me.
