We rented both sides of the main duplex for 7 people across 3 generations. Two connected but separate units was perfect for our group.Location is a highlight. One block to the ocean, 10 min walk to Luquillo kiosks, 15 min to El Yunque, 30 min from the airport.Pros:- Exceptional value: 4 bed, 4 bath, 2 kitchenettes, rooftop deck with ocean/mountain views- Generator, great AC, comfortable beds- Beach gear provided- Host was responsive and helpful throughout- Sliding gates are a nice security feature once orientedCons:- Check-in: gates and parking not explained in advance, took figuring out on arrival- Noise: close to a busy intersection plus neighbor’s roosters starting at 4am- Minimal cleaning supplies provided (we bought our own)- Kitchenettes suited for breakfast/light meals only- Lower shower in one unit had a malfunctioning shower head Bottom line: Comfortable, functional, and well-located. Great fit for large families, multi-family trips, or groups with older kids. Don’t expect hotel/resort polish, but the value is hard to beat.

Everything was fantastic. Beach was so close and my kids loved the waves at the near beach and body surfed for hours. Close to the calm beach that you can pay to enter and a lot of food options and you can rent layout chairs there. We also rented jet skis there and it was a blast! The only thing I would suggest would be to bring a noise cancellation because we could hear the chickens next door clucking all night long. It didn’t bother my kids, just my husband and I.

Excellent

I could tell from the reviews and pictures the property was beautiful and well kept. It surpassed my expectations by a mile! Steps to the beach and Luquillo kiosks, around the corner from a local bakery and accross the highway from a one stop shop. The property is amazing, the rooftop phenomenal. The views, breathtaking! Everything that Puerto Rico is. Would definitely visit this property again, no doubt.

Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was a short walk down the block to the beach. The house was clean, it is in fact a duplex each side was the same 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom was upstairs and the other was downstairs neither was in a room. Rooftop was nice to hangout with a nice view! Would recommend having a washer and dryer on-site. Overall, we would stay there again.

Listing issues, but lovely place

The listing (at least in English) is VERY inaccurate. This is not a 4 br, 4 bath home, but instead a duplex with two on each side. Which can be amazing for some configurations of guests but not ideal for a family with young children (which we were). Our listing showed a washing machine on site but it is actually not. These were the primary reasons for the stars being taken away. Just a heads up that the property manager sent us a bunch of very lovely and clear pictures for accessing the property that we couldn't download until we were inside with wi-fi, so had to bother him. That said, this property is very fresh and clean and attractive and the property manager was super responsive. It is a duplex where the two sides mirror each other and it is behind a gate. There are two other units behind the duplex. It is on a tiny road across the street from the beach and it is a wonderful beach that wasn't crowded even at the height of the season. You can walk along the beach to get to the kiosks about a 10 minute walk away (gets dark early, so good to have a light to get back)/ Kitchen has all of the basics (no blender just as an FYI, not as a criticism) and they have coffee for you there which was lovely. Beds are very firm. Great little breakfast/lunch spot around the corner. We had a great time.
