Beautiful Beachside Studio in Luquillo with WIFI

Newly renovated studio apt steps away from the beach! The apt is fully furnished with a queen size bed and a small sofa. Spacious room with a/c, fan, flat screen tv, wifi access, full kitchen (microwave, stove and medium size fridge).
On the first floor of the apt building is the Brass Cactus restaurant/bar, extremely convenient with excellent food and drinks. Try the Buskwacker or J. Alexander cocktails (our favorites!).
Apt is across the main road from a supermarket, fast foods and restaurants.
Minutes away from surfing beach Playa La Pared. About 15 minutes away from the El Yunque Rainforest and Fajardo.

It was a great place in a great location. Only thing I would say is I had to reach out to the property owner to find out which lock box was mine because it did not say it on the page. Also gate remote stopped working and tv remote wasn’t working right.

The apartment building was so nice and very easy to locate. They were great to work with in regards to a key snafu, but they helped us out quickly. A very quick walk to the beach and conveniently located to the kioskos a little further down the road

Great location and fair price

The location was central to everything within walking distance and short drive. The unit itself was clean and served its purpose. Only issues I had was the amount of times keys were needed from opening the front door, to elevator use, to unit was a bit of a nuisance. Also, there are two sleeping arrangements; one bed and one pullout which did not specify sleeping arrangements must be disclosed prior to booking. Otherwise, it is assumed you and your guest will be sharing a bed. Thankfully, my “guest” was my son. Had it been a friend I don’t think this would be appropriate.

Great location but missed the mark

Place was clean and had a great location. I messaged the owner right away that we needed bedding for the pullout couch and didn’t receive a timely response back. My son slept with no sheets or two nights. Beach chairs provided were busted as well. I’d say it’s a great stay for a couple.

Cozy clean place steps from beach

We had a wonderful time here! It’s less than a five minute walk to the beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful, providing local recommendations and answering our questions. The bed was comfortable and balcony was a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Space was super clean when we got there, directions easy to follow. Linda was very accommodating with our stay. Luqillo is a great town a lot to do and easy drive to San Juan.

Just okay

Check was a bit complicated due to the room not being ready. But the property is exactly as pictured. Very clean and tons of security. Super close to the beach and other areas of interest.BUT it is WAY too bright at night. There is so much light from the kitchen and bathroom that sleeping is impossible without some kind of eye covering or updating the window coverings. There were 4 pillows and 3 pillow cases, no top sheet on the bed or extra linens if needed. And the gate romote is a bit janky but works. It can also be quite loud due the proximity to the main road.

Did not receive check in instructions in time. Once received, it was fine. Private parking, door remote needed. Keys for every door including the elevator. Very secure.

Our host gave us great directions for self check in, though we had no idea had to call the elevator. But once other guests showed up to tell us how the elevator worked, everything else about the stay was great. We could walk to the beach, had easy access to the amazing Panderri bakery and restaurant, and easy access to the food kiosks. The sheets could use upgrading, but the bed and shower were great, and the refrigerator and microwave were welcome.
