It was the festival there and was very loud. Music played way into the early morning hours right beside the place. Overall the place was nice except it didn't have any hot water. It was cold water for a shower. So no one really took showers. I left it running for a long time and still no hot water. So that was annoying. Really for the price i paid, it wasn't worth it for no hot water and the noise all night long.

Booked this hotel at the last minute due to flight cancellations. So glad I did. Absolutely amazing place. We had the family suite that had 4 bedrooms and 2 washrooms. Checkin was a breeze and staff was so welcoming. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here after Christmas. It was nice room was clean. Looks just like pictures. Staff was good. Only bad thing was the pool is very tiny. It’s heated, which is great but very small..there are so many great walkable, restaurants, and activities and nightlife was great

My stay at Casa Placita Hotel was amazing 🤩. The location is perfect close to everything and very convenient for getting around. So I didn’t need to rent a car since transportation only cost about $5–$10. The hotel is near the mall, beaches, Old San Juan, the T-Mobile District, and Plaza Santurce, which was my favorite. The hotel is cozy, very clean, and well maintained, with everything you need. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Placita Hotel. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to walk around and access everything nearby. The property is beautifully designed with a charming, stylish feel. Everything was spotless and exceptionally clean. The staff truly deserves an A+ friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The Wi-Fi was also fast and consistent the entire time. I’d absolutely stay here again
