DO NOT STAY HERE! First of all they don’t give you wash cloths I had to go to the front and ask and they laughed in my face like I was crazy. No one cleaned our room for three days and when they did they just made the bed with dirty sheets. The property is also on a highway so if you are a young lady prepare to be honked at on your way to the beach. Staff was overall nice but not helpful in the slightest save your money and book elsewhere.

The hotel looks aesthetically appealing however, there were many flaws. Firstly, how do you not own WASHCLOTHS!? Secondly, how do you not have ice or an ice machine when the bar is not open. Third, why is the bar not open during the same hours that the pool is open? Fourth, my bathroom smelt and was filled with small areas of MOLD. Fifth, how does the water in our room, randomly stop working and when told to front desk they questioned whether we were telling the truth or not. Sixth, how do you not have any full body mirrors or phones in the room. Seven, the free breakfast options were extremely limited and didn’t even provide juice. Eight, maintenance staff didn’t do much in the room except switch out the towels daily which we didn’t need. Overall, would not recommend at all. It felt like we were staying at an instagram motel.

Staff and overall experience was great. However, some rooms are much smaller than others, towel policy was a little off putting, didn’t like that rooms didn’t have closets and it seems like they could use more staff as well. But i would definitely stay here again. Restaurant (Laut) is amazinggggg and Xavier (bartender) made our experience 10x better!

I had a very disappointing stay at Bali Hotel. The cleanliness was far below acceptable standards—our room was incredibly dirty upon arrival, and during our 4-day stay, it was only cleaned once. Despite repeatedly asking the staff to come and clean, it took multiple requests before anything was done. Service in general was extremely slow. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk assistance, or any other service, everything seemed to take far longer than it should have. It felt like guest comfort was simply not a priority. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again. If this does not bother you, the amenities are nice albeit small spaces.

It was advertised that the beach is a three minute walk however it was about a five minute walk and you have to cross over 10 lanes of traffic on and overpass to get there… the rooms are very small no closet… the drinks and food were very overpriced. However, it’s a beautiful looking hotel. They have a bunch of kids running the place who don’t know anything about customer service…

The hotel is very pretty. Staff is friendly . What I didn’t like is that the rooms aren’t equipped with microwaves nor any location for some ice. Not even a garbage can in my room. Rooms are very tiny and my dresser nearly fell over when opening a draw filled my clothes.also the rooms had a smell like mold or something . Breakfast is fine, provided crossaints bagels boiled eggs yogurts coffee and such . Pool is nice but alittle small. Overall if you want something cute for photos def the spot if not I’d pick another location .

I felt safe and relaxed. I only wished my room was a little bit bigger. The staff were very helpful and Amanda the property manager was very kind and attentive. The beach section with the complimentary umbrellas, chairs were nice and clean. The location was exceptional. Restaurants are walking distance. It’s pretty easy to get around with an uber. I would definitely stay there again.

The decor, pool, bar area were great. Restaurant Laut was amazing. Very clean out door areas at all times. Rooms lack needed necessities by guests such as: iron, microwave, shower door / curtain, cleaning has to be requested and they failed to clean room on one request. Manager had to provide our necessities after hours. Toilet paper, towels, etc. there isn’t a laundry facility available. Bathroom was poorly made, dry messy caulk on bathroom tiles and shower. Coffee maker in the room, empty coffee jar. No creamer, or even powder half and half. Shower toiletries, soap, shampoo and conditioner, we’re all empty or half used. Would I recommend this hotel? Very unlikely.

While we had a wonderful week exploring Puerto Rico, I, unfortunately, would not recommend the Bali Posh Hotel to friends or family. The hotel itself is visually beautiful, the pool area has great potential, and the restaurant next door served delicious food. However, the hotel’s management—or lack thereof—left much to be desired. The pool area was consistently dirty, with debris left unattended and no signs of daily maintenance. One day, the pool heater was accidentally left on, raising the water temperature to over 100 degrees, making it unusable. Many of the lounge beds were broken and noticeably unclean, adding to an overall sense of neglect. Our room also had issues: the bathroom door was off-track and difficult to open and close, and housekeeping services were minimal at best. Aside from the bathroom garbage being emptied, it appeared no other cleaning had been done during our stay. It’s clear the hotel needs stronger oversight and a greater commitment to cleanliness and maintenance. With better management and attention to detail, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay. But as it stands, I cannot recommend it.
