Modern 3 bedroom

The property was well appointed and the ac was cold! They provided us essential starting supplies: toliet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, and body wash! They provided a cooler, kids life jacket and toys. We will definitely go back!The grounds are well kept with lots of pools, a beach, waterslide( open on the weekends).It is a convenient location, not far from the airport, Luquillo, El Yunque, and Fahardo.

Great experience in the penthouse!

This is our second time staying at Aquatika and it did not disappoint! This apartment was spacious and clean, had plenty of room for the whole family. We love the close access to the pools and beach! Can’t wait for us to return when the lazy River is finished

A great family location

The property was perfect for me and my family. My wife and I had the master bedroom, our daughter and fiancé, another bedroom, and our two little grandchildren could take the bunkbeds in the third bedroom. Our teenage boys could then sleep in the upstairs “family room”. Plenty of room for everyone! The top floor balcony was wonderful to start the day with breakfast and end the day in the evening with a drink and conversation in the high school air. Just outside the door, and the steps was the lazy river and steps to get into it making it very easy for us and our little grandchildren. There is also basic grocery right outside the front gate that you can walk to or a “supermarket“ down the street to your right that is a short drive but I would think too far to walk. Easy to get around, great location for many reasons, And a set up or floor plan that really worked for our family. I highly recommend this for families kids of all ages. Thanks for a great stay, we had a fabulous time!
