Just okay... The pictures are misleading a bit. The colorful lights on the ceiling flicker, the remote for them doesn't work. The shower caddy seems a silly thing to complain about, but it is the only place to put shower accessories and fails miserably at it. Between the incredibly firm mattress, paper thin walls, neighbors loud TV and dog, sleep was scarce. Overall it was a mostly clean, safe place to put our belongings. The hosts communication is lacking- I had to contact him for the code while at the airport, only a few hours before our arrival. Next time I will spend the money for something nicer.

Bathroom very small can’t sit at toilet with out legs touching wall ! Didn’t have enough dishes pots garbage bags Noise from neighbor with TV volume and a small dog wouldn’t stop barking late night To place credit it was okay !

The apartment was nice! We only had problems parking the car a few times because people would park in our spot whenever we would leave. I would also recommend different linen for the bed. Everything else was next to perfect! Anytime I sent a message I got a response right away. The host was great with communication.

Host was welcoming and responsive. Wi-fi and amenities were good. Parking was good. Will need/want a rental car. The unit is small/cozy, but okay for 2 people. Good/reasonable price for the location in suburban neighborhood outside of San Juan.

Every thing was great only thing I would add is extra set of towels and one more blanket set. We stayed 9 days extra towel would have been helpful. Everything was great clean unit great parking. Bakery you can walk to.

Like so many places, needs some maintenance.The pretty blue lights flicker in two rooms and need replaced.The can light needs replaced in the kitchen.The wifi kept going out so we couldnt watch tv the first night.The kitchen is sparsely stocked.No spatula.The host sent me check in instructions in spanish and then didnt reply when I asked for english.Wouldnt stay here again.

It was alright

The house itself was very beautiful. The location was perfect. Close to everything. The only issue we had was the people who lived directly next door on both sides. One had a small dog that barked 90% of the time and it sounded like it was on our side with us. Their tv was loud and it felt like they used a blender all day every day lol. On the other side, they must of been drunk till 3AM and then immediately at 4 AM using power drills and working lol Had it not been for the neighbors who share the same house, I would of given them a 5 star and stayed there again.

There is not hot shower..just luke-warm..and you need to run the water in the shower, for at least 3-4 mts to be like luke-warm. Otherwise, getting in the shower too soon…will just get cold water. You will have 2 side neighbors..one was running a drill sound like, as early as 7 am! There was not a can opener or spatula.
