My room smelled like mold. I told the front desk and said they would send someone. I don’t know if anyone came when I was not there. The front desk and housekeeper were great especially Jaffet and Francisco.

We didn't understand the $17.50 a day we try to used it but they told us we never had a credit to use. Then I didn’t know how to use the credit. Maybe that needs to be explained Better. But overall, it was a nice stay

Loved it. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Roof top pool was cool. And the bar served really good drinks. Staff was nice and quick to get you what you need. Would stay here again.

Stayed at this property for two nights and wish I could have stayed for longer. The room was very clean and spacious for two people. The area of the hotel is walking distance to the beach, restaurants/bars, coffee shops, gelato and more. It’s also a short uber ride to places like Old San Juan, Plaza las Americas and the airport. The staff were super welcoming and the facilities were clean. I was able to use the pool during my stay and loved that we can order food/drinks to our pool chairs. Love this place and would definitely stay again!
