Location was center of the city. It was everything we needed for my husband and I. We did not mind the small bedrooms for the price we paid, thought it was very reasonable!

This charming hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A lovely coffee shop and empanada bar just steps from the entrance added a great local touch and made mornings especially enjoyable.

Needed to spend one night for two couples. Rented two units. Check in process required pre-trip instructions to be completed due to no onsite check in process. Upon arrival, one unit lock box code was not working. Phone number not provided in check in process or instructions - I had to google the phone number for Bear and leave my number for them to call. They did call within the hour and gave a new code to check in. AC didn’t work great and room was missing a remote for the AC. Okay stay for one night. Location is prime for Old San Juan and safe!

Really great location - and easy to access. Good bed, only issue - no curtains to close the others guests view into the kitchen. Did store luggage until the late afternoon.

This was in a great location, close to everything and walkable. We did not; however, enjoy our room. Check the listing carefully because our room was incredibly smaller than we imagined, had poor lighting, and a really uncomfortable bed. If you just need a place to sleep, this could be for you. If you spend ANY time in your room, you might want to look elsewhere.

The room was clean. It was nice to be within walking distance of so many things to do and places to visit. My boyfriend and I were ok but the room is pretty small. The bathroom door didn't even open all the way.

Great location! Everything was walking distance from this location and the street is quiet at night. However, the room was very small—too tight for even two carry-ons—and lacked a nightstand for charging devices. Most disappointing were the curtains on the main door, which were visibly dirty and "nasty." Great spot for the area, but the cleanliness and layout need work.

The room was very clean. The bathroom and shower were very spacious. We stayed in a studio. It was just enough space for our 1 night stay before our cruise. The hotel is centrally located in old San Juan. Everything is a short walk away. The key pad entry was very convenient. We could come and go as we wanted. The historic charm of the building was really awesome to see. The kitchen had lots of space. There were plenty of cups and glasses. We had no problem keeping things in the fridge. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved it. Super clean and in a perfect location in the middle of tons of restaurants and bars and walking distance to all the beautiful historic sites. Customer service was flawless and our check in even though with door codes/lockbox etc was very easy. There's a lovely communal seating and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen also. We didn't use it as the restaurants nearby were so great. We would definitely recommend it for a great base to explore stunning Old San Juan!... and will be back. Thank you!

The area of this hotel was older, but we were looking for a comfortable, safe place to stay overnight before catching a cruise the next day and this place was perfect. The directions for the entry to the property were clear and easy to follow, as were those to enter the room. The A/C was cold (loved it!) and the private bathroom beat having a hostel. It was a nice, well-kept property. The only issue we had were a few people in their late teens/early twenties sitting in the common area right outside our room talking and laughing. That said, we were so tired from our long day of travel that we still fell and stayed asleep. I would recommend this property for the price, location between the airport and cruise terminal, and comfort (including the bed and pillows). We would stay there again!
