We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Check in was fine. I did not like the smell in the room. I have asthma and the fragrance in the room was very strong, which often causes problems. With the number of people who cannot handle fragrance, I am surprised when a hotel uses products that smell so strongly. I also did not like the room lights going on automatically. Three different lights blazed on while getting to the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was very disturbing. I would suggest a night light.

It was decent for one night stay. Found it dusty (especially around TV area) and carpet doesn’t feel dust free (getting sneezing). It’s quiet though and ok for the price paid. Parking could have been free as there’s ample empty parking.

Hallways and elevators smelled of cigarette smoke. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Maybe I got lucky to get a room that did not smell of smoke. Stayed for one night. Needed a place to stay at the last minute. It did the job, but will prefer another place next time.

Unexpected large amount hold on credit card for incidentals not disclosed on website. Hotel states 5-7 business days for release of hold which is totally unacceptable, should be within 24 hours of check out. Also, information posted at check-in counter that hold for debit cards is more than for credit cards and will take longer to refund. Be aware
