when it came to the customer service, the staff, & even the person working the breakfast bar, everyone was very friendly & wanted to do their best to help. Isaiah helped me when my physical card was having issues during the deposit process, sierra / Ciara? helped me out when I was trying to extend my stay, another staff helped me with the wifi, & another woman whose name I can’t recall at the moment but she had blonde hair gave me the tip of booking the continental breakfast option (only $10 to get some breakfast sandwiches, a muffin, & other food! but only if you select it when you initially book the reservation!!!). I love when you truly feel valued as a guest & have the best customer experience. I’m sure there are other names I can’t remember at the moment, but once I find that piece of paper, I’ll try to update this! rooms were clean, and the lavender clementine soap smelled really nice (even though I’m a bit allergic to lavender). Thank you!!!

The smell of smoke is still present in the hallway and the room. Toliet bowl needs to be scrubbed clean at the rim. Those are sensitive details I cannot overlook.

One of the front desk staff members appeared quite indifferent. The telephone in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk to have someone take a look, but no one came. There was no complimentary bottled water. A 1.5L bottle at the shop costs $8. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy, and I had to turn it off.
