Front desk was well accommodating to my husband's disability needs. Housekeepers did a amazing job with cleaning the rooms and helping my husband up . Only thing is the AC/Heater unit wasn't working properly with the heater, it smelled like it was burning. Overall it was the best hotel I've stayed in!

The front desk person was kind and helpful as we were placed from the original cigarette and marijuana smoke filled hallways to the third floor. The rooms there were better taken care of (though we did find human hair in the freshly washed bed sheets). We are grateful for the cheaper hotel cost and as a plus to La Quinta, they graciously let us park our hitched trailer along the back parking spaces!😀

Decent size rooms and very clean. Could smell weed in hallway. Power outage affected hotel - not their fault, but no advance warning nor discount offered - it did make me late for event . Good variety for free breakfast.

Outside of property is a little dirty and there were some minor issues with the room (things scratched or worn, marks on doors). Parking gets very limited in the evenings. The airport sounds weren’t a big deal but you can hear people talking as they walk down the hall (thin walls). Staff was fine but seemed a little uninterested in their jobs (check-ins were slow, made guests wait while they had non work conversations, gave the guest in front of me free waters to get rid of him but then charged me for waters). You need a room key to enter the building so don’t leave your room without it! Almost got locked out a couple times when grabbing things from the car. Overall, a very decent hotel for the price.

We specifically booked this hotel because there was a lobby bar. I called the evening before we left to confirm this. When we arrived, we were told that the bar wasn’t open. Really?! Other than that, the place was adequate, although one sliver of soap for both the bath and sink was a bit stingy.

Meh - they should care more and do better
The AC in the room was broken. They gave us 15% off which hardly seems fair for a poor nights sleep and a $292 room cost. Also ants in the bathroom. We brought both issues to the manager’s attention and he was less than concerned about our experience. Would definitely not recommend.
