wow- what a nice and new hotel. Service was amazing . Rooms were super nice and quiet. Coffee shop on the first floor nice dining up top. Parking is expensive but that isn’t new to SF.

This place is top tier! My experience with Luma Hotel was amazing! The staff was very professional, anything you might need they will make happen! They are on it like no where else. It was my first time booking with this hotel and it definitely wont be my last! Very quiet and calm environment, Room was very clean, and the room service was super neat! They actually have a robot that delivers your food from the hotel cafe! Overall my experience was great, If you dont have a tight budget and want to stay somewhere that feels like home i definitely recommend Luma Hotel! You wont regret it.

Easy check, Room was clean. Beautiful view. I love all the roof top bar. Henry the robot was a great surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is my third stay at the LUMA Hotel. I have been traveling to San Francisco quarterly for work trainings this past year and each time I have stayed at this hotel everything has been exceptional. I love the location in the thriving Mission area which is quieter and allows me to work and sleep soundly and feel my best. The service and amenities are top notch. The rooms are superbly clean, comfortable and with equipped with beautiful Etro toiletries and cozy comforts. Also, I love all the technology including the adorable robots that can deliver breakfast and easy to operate with a push of a button window treatments. There is a great size, 24-hour fitness center, a hotel bar and lounge, a rooftop restaurant and the little shop which has lovely gifts for the family at home. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Mission Bay. I would like to compliment the entire team at the LUMA Hotel, especially Mr. Severino, the Made Curator, for creating the perfect home away from home for travelers to beautiful San Francisco.

My recent stay was disappointing primarily due to the experience at check-in. The front desk staff member who assisted us made us feel judged from the moment we arrived. His tone, body language, and overall attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. He even asked, “So what brings you guys in?” in a way that felt intrusive and not aligned with a welcoming hospitality environment. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, which is not something guests should experience. On top of that, the TV and remote in the room malfunctioned throughout the stay. Every time we tried to cast something, the system would freeze or disconnect, which was frustrating—especially from a hotel that is rated as having excellent customer service and amenities. I do want to acknowledge that the female staff member we interacted with was amazing and provided the kind of service this hotel is known for. Unfortunately, the negative check-in experience overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests can receive the welcoming, consistent service that’s advertised.
