The hotel emphasizes the convenience of an airport shuttle. Despite calling the hotel twice it was a 50 minute wait at night in 45 degree weather before it arrived. The front desk staff was relatively unapologetic suggesting perhaps it was because I was at exit 106 (where I was told at initial call) instead of 107. I made clear that in the 50 minutes no shuttle passed as quite easy to see at both extist despite other hotels passing a number of times. Other than that room was adequate.

Great location near Logan airport. Wish I would've called the shuttle when I arrived; long walk to Uber pickup late at night. Shuttled back to Logan next day! Clean hotel, free coffee, nice fitness rooms. I'll return to this Courtyard!

Starting with the shuttle pickup..we called as directed to let them know we were there. We waited 20 minutes and the shuttle drove past without stopping. So we called again and they said they would send them back. Another 30 minute wait (the hotel is 5 minutes away). The room was fine. The staff wasn't rude, they were indifferent. It was the weirdest experience across the board. Zero eye contact and no emotion is the best way to describe it. Absolutely felt like we were a bother to them. NO ONE had customer services skills, from the person who checked us in, the hostess at the restaurant and the bartender. The nicest person in the building was our breakfast waitress. The elevators were broken and looking through google reviews, it appears they have been for months. I would not choose to stay here again and not up to Marriott standards.

Room was clean, staff was amazing and helpful. We had to catch a very early flight and the staff gave us very clear instructions for the airport shuttle. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Check-in staff were not friendly and seemed irritated by any question. The room was very basic for the price. No coffee maker..not even cups to get a drink of water for medication. On the plus side, the room was clean and quiet. Breakfast definitely not free!

I accidentally left behind a canvas bag in my room after we had already taken the shuttle to the airport. Miguel, in Lost and Found, went to my room, located the bag, and sent it to me via the shuttle. Fantastic customer service and I was very grateful. Marriott is lucky to have an employee with such a great perspective on customer service. Thank you, Miguel!

The shuttle was excellent! So convenient and courteous. The staff was wonderful! I forgot a sweatshirt in the hotel room and housekeeping found it and turned it in. Miguel the housekeeping manager is shipping it to me! Unbelievable service! So appreciated! Thanks Miguel and staff!

Quick overnight stay before our early morning flight. Shuttle to airport was right in front in the morning. We did have to wait a little bit for the shuttle to get us on the return but overall close and convenient to airport
