Close to the airport. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes. I was not told I would be charged $15/day for parking. I thought I was getting the park and fly. I could not find anywhere on the website that I had to pay. Disappointed.

The room was very clean. Love the large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout shades were appreciated. It was a great stay.

The staff would not let me change the name on my reservation. I’ve never had this problem with any other hotel. They also started charging $11 for breakfast but the breakfast is not the greatest breakfast you’ve ever had in your life you might as well take your $11 and spend it elsewhere. I used to like staying here but they do not work with you if you’re making a reservation for someone else.

Great stay for the money

Clean room, very comfortable bed. Nice shower with gel, shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pot and tea was nice. Really nice room with a couch and sitting area. Free parking too. Easy to get to right off the freeway.

We waited over an hour and a half to be checked in to our room after driving for 6 hours. Hotel was having problems with their system, which is understandable. However, the lack of communication and concern led us to leave and go elsewhere. I will be contacting hotel for full refund. If they do not, I will never use them, or Orbitz again.

The property's location is nice, but housekeeping needs to improve. We found tape above the bed, oily fingerprints on furniture, a spider in the shower, and a dirty shower floor. Although our room was ready, the front desk attendant, Ms. Ash, would not allow early check-in without a fee. We arrived less than an hour before check-in time. Although many upscale hotels offer flexibility with early check-ins. The rest of the staff were very nice. Hopefully, the management addresses these issues for a better guest experience. Thank you.
