The room was great but the front desk clerk had very poor customer service skills and she was not friendly at all. The lobby area had only lukewarm coffee and kleenex no napkins

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming! The room was nice. We paid for the breakfast and it was pretty good! Wish it was more options with the price you pay but other than that the stay was great!

This place was such a nice spot to stay at in the begining when they opened. The staff was more about taking care of the customers and the room was always in great condition. Fast forward to a few years later and now the new staff is not accommodating and things in the room there is something that is broken that has not been looked at. Also the free breakfast is no longer available but still listed on their site that there is a "complementary". I believe when I booked this hotel it also said that on hotels.com. I just don't understand if you have the rooms available and I am there why not just check me in and allow me to drop off my luggage? They are more focused on getting $50 more for a early check in and that is not ok. Other hotels will accommodate this and I will no longer be staying at this place.

I travel a GREAT deal, and I tend to be high maintenance. Shawn (sp) was SUPER accommodating in that he got me a room (on the top floor without a sasquatch doing matching drills over my head), at the end of the hall, with my television NOT disturbing my neighbor. I left him a REVERSE complaint.

I was able to sleep so soundly and I appreciate that. I work 10 to 12 hour shifts and go to school at night from 6 pm to 11 pm so that sleep was well deserved. Thank you.
