The Valet service was quick and even helped with our luggages. Front desk service was professional, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The breakfast looks refreshing specially the omelette was cooked perfect. The plate buzzer was friendly, even took the time to take a photo for us. I give this Embassy Suite location and customer service a definite 5 stars!

Many homeless in the early morning wandering in the side/back of the property along the river but that is not your issue. Feel the $45 valet charge is a bit extreme relative to the hotel and its other prices and stands apart from all the other great stuff the hotel provides.. Still ... great job and service!

The staff were super kind. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The hotel is right nice to Old Sacramento and walking distance to Sutter Health Park. If I find myself in Sacramento again - I will definitely stay here.

Stay was good clean and quiet room Breakfast was good clean and warm The reason for the 4 stars is the cost of parking is a bit high $45 dlls for valet and no option to park yourself. Maybe add the parking cost to the price per night to pay the valet attendants and not be surprised at the day of stay with an extra fee. But overall happy with my stay

I liked how close it was to Old Town and the Capitol. The staff were great, and the rooms were comfortable. The only thing preventing me from giving it five stars were the really apparent spider webs and the tiny pillows on the king bed.

The room was not very clean, especially considering the price. Our shower walls were very dirty and covered in soap scum. The drain was also clogged so the water backed up into the tub, which is obviously very gross. The hotel desk clerk did not seem to really care when I told him upon checkout. (We only stayed 1 night and discovered the issue late at night). The food and bar staff were very nice! The breakfast was ok but some of the foods were stale and the drink glasses tasted like sanitizer. Special shoutout to the valet crew, they were very helpful and kind.
