Room was great- clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hot tub was colder than the pool and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The front desk staff did not know that it was not working. That’s poor communication either from previous staff or another employee

Management can check if I'm telling the truth. I paid good for this, but the pillows are very uncomfortable, we didn't sleep good. Mattress is just ok. I traveled a lot, i know the difference of a good hotel. We don't care much about food, but pillows and mattress is very important.

We requested a quiet room away from the elevator and other noise sources. However, when we checked in, our room was located directly in front of the elevator and the ice machine. Although we were able to move to another room, the air conditioning was extremely loud and woke me up several times during the night. In addition, the bathroom light is motion-sensor activated and automatically turns on, which was uncomfortably bright when using the bathroom at night. The television also had no signal and did not work at all. The front desk staff was not very helpful and did not provide bottled water unless specifically asked. Although breakfast was included, we were unable to take advantage of it due to our early-morning flight, and the front desk did not offer any grab-and-go option. The hotel is located at the end of a driveway, far from Safeway, fast food, and restaurants, and there were homeless individuals in the area, which did not feel safe to walk around. In addition, although the hotel offers a free airport shuttle, you must call to reserve it after arriving at the airport, and the wait time is about 15 minutes since the shuttle is shared with other nearby hotels. The morning shuttle is also very crowded—even though we took an earlier shuttle at 4:40 a.m. instead of 5:20 a.m. Reservations can only be made at check-in, so you may end up needing to take an Uber or taxi instead (approximately a 15-minute drive).

We didn’t have a chance to sample the breakfast due to having to head to the airport in the wee hours of the morning but the coffee available in the lobby was good and the shuttle driver was really helpful! Bed was very comfortable and the room was great. We would stay here again.
