When I first walked in the room the first thing I noticed was the smell. It smelled like a cheap hotel. There was a hole in the tub. Burned wood around the refrigerator. it smells like a old building that's been remodeled but was half done with low quality workmanship. The manager wanted to compensate me but she couldn't because she said I booked my room online by a third party which is you. can I get compensation?

The property had a restaurant and bar area but the bar was closed for us. The room was not very spacious and rhe cooling did not seem to work correctly. Rooms were a bit outdated. Its close to the Arden Mall and places to eat but the immediate surroundings are not nice. I wouldn't recommend walking to eat but its a very close drive. Not a bad stay, but not great either.

Clean room & kind staff. They charged me double for a 2- night stay for a late check out instead of the extra $50 for a late check out which is what Inwas originally told would be charged on my card.

The bathroom wasn’t clean hair in the tub hair on the floor. The towel on the bottom of the floor was on the floor the bathroom does not look sanitizing enough very disappointed

Air conditioning was not working until I complained, then it worked. No fans in bathroom, very steamy and stuffy. Housekeeping did not change sheets or clean floors, bathtub. Remote for TV did not work, got it replaced. Overall, an older suite. Small bathroom and stuffy rooms. Okay for a night or two but would not recommend for an extended stay.

Best thing was the in-room dining and staff were friendly. Room was okay, but baseboards and curtains were visibly dirty, as were the carpet. The bathroom was outdated and awkward, with the toilet right behind the small door, leaving little room to open the door or get in the shower without closing the door. Huge unused space in bathroom and oversized closet. One small window had a spider and web.Not great!

Clean rooms and excellent staff. I didn’t even ask to be moved but the woman at the counter moved me to a higher floor when I checked in so the bar and restaurant wouldn’t disturb my sleep on Saturday night.

I stay two times a week in hotel and this has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. They do daily housekeeping. This is a real plus.
