When checked in the staff was very friendly and it was a easy check inn. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the room, and they offered to have maintenance take care of it right then. I declined the offer for maintenance because the issues were very minor. The rooms looked liked they have been remodled or kept up in excellent condition. It is a gated property with guest parking and with class a truck parking lot in front. Dennys restaurant is literally next to there parking lot entrance. There are very pet friendly with plenty of grass area's for dog walking and a pet waste staytion with bags. I would recommend staying here because you get 4 star service for a 2 star price.

Mixed feelings

It’s a pet friendly hotel so expect barking. Unfortunately the dog next to our room would not stop barking and there’s nothing people can do to ask to stop it. I was lucky I could be moved but changed rooms around midnight and basically my sleep sucked. I suggest having an area just for people with pets and no pets. My room (both) in fact were not cleaned. Facial hair in sink and questionable sheets but I was too tired and annoyed to care. The front night attendant was super friendly and he tried to wake up the guest with the dog but not much could be done. The plus is the gated parking and friendly staff.

Overall... A decent room for the price! Mostly!!

So the place definitely had its share of scuffs, gouges, abrasions, & cracks... Which tend to await those travellers who may choose to hazard a sojourn night within the accommodating walls of a low-rate, budget motel! Although, no damaging feature would stand out particularly for me, here. The one & one complaint I have, is that both the bedding & the towels seemed to be either inadequately washed, or simply too old and worn... That maintaining them was scarcely still possible!
