Room was clean but smelled awful. The noise was so loud between people talking and cars revving engines (while the security guard stood and chatted it up with them at 2am) we left in the middle of the night to continue our road trip. Guess you get what you pay for..

DO NOT STAY HERE! Terrible experience, never received anything on my bill about a "hand towel/sheet" charged for some kind of "stains" from the deposit. Only found about it after numerous calls to hotel for details of why my full refund wasn't given. I got a hold of Wyndham on their customer service number where they were able to reach the GM and she finally after two months of trying responded with an email of the charge details. I never ate in room, total bogus charges. NEVER WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!!

The room was dirty, the smell was super bad, it smelled like wet dog or its food. Definitely do not recommend the lock on the door was half broken too. Overall pretty sketchy.

I had to ask for a maintenance person to get the TV to connect to the cable on more than one occasion. It took awhile for the person to arrive, but eventually it was fixed. The property is convenient to I-5 and downtown as well as the airport. The breakfast was better than expected and well-prepared.

The check in process was easy but the environment is very unsafe. First room was next to a room where the guests were fighting. Got a second room and the noise was plenty. This seems like a residential area rather than a hotel.

Horrible Experience

I checked in on Friday night at around 12:00 AM and was placed in room #337. By 2:00 AM, I had to file a noise complaint due to extremely loud and disruptive neighbors in the adjacent room. Unfortunately, the noise persisted throughout the night. By 5:00 AM, with no change, I made a second complaint. After only managing to get about three hours of sleep, I went to the lobby around 11:00 AM because the situation had become unbearable. I was informed that the guests next door would receive a third warning and that any further disturbances would result in a $20 surcharge to their stay. I requested to speak with a manager and was told to wait for a potential room change. After waiting for approximately an hour, I was moved from my original room with a king bed to a room with two queen beds. There were no accommodations, apologies, or gestures of goodwill offered for the significant inconvenience, lack of sleep, and the time I spent resolving this issue. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would have expected more proactive measures and better customer service from the staff to ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay.
