River access would be nice from hotel area to be able walk on bike path area of the river.. Staff was nice and easy checkin and out.. Work on getting signal on Dish TV in the bed room ,room 331 # Better lighting in rooms Thanks 😊

Note, this place is a dump

Probably one of the worst stays I’ve had. We can’t for a convention that we volunteered for. There is rampant homelessness throughout the parking lot and perimeter. So you know I was frustrated when I found that each day our room key did not work. We had to walk to the front office each time to get them to reactivate it. The third day we were there they asked my boyfriend for me to go into the office. EVEN THOUGH he was there at check in. This was frustrating because there are homeless people day and night shooting up, and walking and riding through the parking lot. The window doesn’t open, the room smelled like cigarettes even though they claim it is a smoke free property. The room doors look like they’ve been broken into in several occasions. Definitely not a place I’ll go to again. We never got our deposit back and had to dispute it with our bank. We left the room cleaner than we found it! The rug looks super worn down. And the shower was clogged. Wish I could get my money back in full.

I had reserved this location for staff attending a class. Staff is over 6ft tall and quite burly and he felt unsafe. The area of the location is filled of homeless. He said he was quite concerned for his work vehicle parked onsite. Needless to say, we will not be booking this hotel in the near future.

My stay was pretty good until I had an unexpected guest bamming on my door so loud. I don't know if she asked someone from the front desk, what room I was in, because I certainly didn't tell her and I never went back out, once I got in the room. She stayed outside my door banging super loud, and screaming curse words about me, and having some other female in my room, when I'm sure you all see her in and out of any and everyone's room that's there. If this is the case, please don't ever give out my information, to anyone at all. If I have a need to let them know, then I will. Thank you very much

Very sketchy pulling up to the hotel with cops and homeless people and stray cats everywhere. Room was not clean or updated and things were broken. Light switch didn’t work. Dead bolt didn’t work. Soap holder in shower had old soap scum still in it with hair in the tub and in paint on trim.

Excellent for the price

originally booked for one night, ended up staying three with late checkout. The staff were easy to work with and rebooking and staying in the same room was super easy. They have real breakfast with waffles! The area is sketchy at night but you are more than safe within the property. During the day you have a massive park with a huge river as your playground. Downtown is a quick Uber ride away. The pool area is great in the summer.

Everything was great. I loved my stay. Except when the lady on staff unplugged the breakfast at 9:40am. I did not get to eat. She did not care. I mentioned it only because my Blood sugar was very low and i needed just something. Any other time i wouldn't care. Everyone else was great.
