I'll start with the most posistive parts of my stay...the hotel is on top of the pre-check in process, so you basically walk-in, pick up your room card & parking pass & you're off to your room. The water pressure in the shower is almost too much, but it's better than having bad water pressure. They have a security guard on duty that walks the grounds from 6pm to 6am. They have a nice breakfast spread & a 3 hr window to enjoy it, but I suggest getting there sooner than later. The majority of the staff at the front desk are personable & accomodating, when you go speak with them in person. They have a nice sized pool & jacuzzi. From what I could tell, they both seemed clean & well maintained. The grounds were well manicured & for the most part, trash free. Unfortunarely these positives were overshadowed by the negatives. Dirty stinky rooms with Bad service

The first room was filthy and stunk of cigarette smoke and weed. After going back tonthe front desk to get a new room the desk clerk failed to load the room card, so we had to go back upnto the frontvdesk again and get a new room key.

Worn property with a homeless encampment just beyond the fence, with holes in it for access. Breakfast was a step above bread and water, but that was because coffee and juice was available. Pool gate was inoperable, as were ice machines. If you’re falling asleep at the wheel this would be about the only reason to stop and stay.

Booked a reservation but did not even make it to the room. Felt very unsafe. Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Cars with people blocking parking lot. Felt very unsafe to the point we left 20 minutes after check in. Do not recommend staying here with your family or period. Even if we don’t get a refund, the loss of room rate was worth it because our safety is priceless. We were also afraid of possible damage to vehicle while parked in lot. Our insurance deductible would be more than room rate, if they choose to keep our money.
