EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS PROPERTY! Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was not helpful at all. I couldn't even get a simple receipt from the desk clerk. The gym was closed unexpectedly a couple days. This property is practically brand new and still has a ton of issues. I asked to speak to the manger several times to express my concerns and kept getting the run around by the front desk staff. I asked for the manager's name, phone number, business card, or any form of contact and was refused any information. They simply said the manger was not there at the time and to try again later. Another time I came to the front desk to check if a manger was there, they gave me the same answer and as I was walking away, were even laughing amongst themselves at me and my request. They seemed to have no care about my quality of stay. I came to the lobby a third time to check for the manager and finally was able to speak to a lady who claimed to be the "supervisor" who was also at the front desk the previous two times I asked! Why would they not let me speak to her during those times? I felt discriminated and the Hyatt corporation should be aware of the staff's incompetencies. Additionally, the heating/ac unit in our room was extremely loud. We notified the staff and they came to look at it but were not able to fix or move us to a new room. Again, this property just opened up and is already feeling like its 50 years old! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I have stayed here twice in the last month. It’s clean, efficient and the rooms are large and spacious. I’m not sure if I got upgraded or if all rooms are as big but I had 2 queens, a couch, and a kitchenette, complete with a dishwasher. Both times I was only staying one night on the way to the airport but I did make tea. The front desk is always very sweet, the market offers all kinds of drinks and snack and the bar is open and spacious. It is definitely my favorite “go to” when I have an early flight out of Sacramento.

I travel for work. Very disappointing stay. Staff put me in a room that had electrical box humming. They then tried to tell me it was normal and tried to make me feel bad for asking. It took me asking 3 times to two different people for a new room for them to accept, new room didn’t have electrical humming. Then to add, they wouldn’t refund my security deposit. I had made 3 separate calls, 1st person told me 5-7 business days for it to drop off, then the second person said they would look into it, took my information and never called back like they said they would. Third person proceeded to say 10-15 days. Unorganized and unprofessional. Absolute nightmare. Keep in mind that I am a platinum hotels.com member and have literally stayed at over 100 hotels through this app. By far absolute worst service. Terrible enough for me to actually take time to write this review. Do yourself a favor and please stay elsewhere. Will never be back.
