Room and hotel is brand new. Very clean and comfortable they have this absurd policy with credit cards. I brought my extended family on this trip and purchased another room. The hotel refused to allow me to change the card on file or change the card on checkout which is unheard of at any hotel. Called the corporate office and they were baffled but could not help because this property is a franchise. Be warned.

Nice hotel, needs better service

We booked a king bed room and got a queen room. Front desk refused and said since we booked through third party system, our room type was not guaranteed. We were only there for one night so didn’t fight it. Room was nice but there was a stain on the bedspread, making me wonder how clean the linens were. The bathroom sink drain was slow. Overall, looked like the place needed better upkeep, even though it’s a newer hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was NOT the front desk staff but no complimentary shuttle avbl from airport and waited 20 minutes on e we checked in to get assigned room..only to get elevator to the floor and not be able to get to room due to construction….had to walk all 4 large pieces of luggage up 4 floors
