Back door to property was UNLOCKED! Had a key pad to use so you could swipe your room key to enter but it did not work! Anyone could and did enter the property and have access to the elevators. We were going down to dinner and opened our door only to find a disheveled woman standing there. She said she had the wrong room but we waited and watch her walk down the hall where she stopped at another door and sat on the floor. A housekeeper was nearby so we told her and she went to confront the woman. The bars in the parking lot also didn’t work as they were raised the entire time we were guests so any cars could access the parking lot. Front desk people were nice and rooms were clean and comfy but I just didn’t feel safe on the property. I will not return nor can I recommend this property.

Although the building seemed new, we didn't have hot water and we had to be somewhere at 630am and had to swtch hotel rooms. The walls were thin, and although the one other room that was rented in our building was right next to us and they were LOUD. And parking was $12 a night - that's a joke its not as if there was security surveilling the lot The towels were hard, the bed was uncomfortable. It was close to our venue and there were many stores close by so that was a plus.

The breakfast at Twigs was amazing! The front desk staff were very friendly. Our 1st day I asked for the bathroom to be cleaned when we returned later that evening no one had cleaned the bathroom then I had to ask for towels every morning. We also had to contact the supervisor to claim breakfast vouchers on our last day. At checkout I was told no charges were made on my credit card then was charged for parking which I thought was included in our package stay. Too many issues will not be staying there again. Thank you.
