Saadiyat Island Holiday Packages

Booked this hotel and clearly stated there were 3 people. When checking in, Staff would not accept our booking unless we paid additional room rate as there were three people - what do they expect, we sleep in shifts? never heard of anything so ridiculous. Extra bed arrived and was a hard piece of wood with very little sponge, not comfortable at all, a blanket on the floor would be more comfortable. Room was freezing cold, even though we continually turned down the airconditioning. With the amount of hotels near by, stay somewhere else more reasonable.

I loved the gym and facilities but disappointed that the kids club didn't cater for my children. The discounts at the restaurants were great and the hotel was in a perfect location.

Staff fantastic except for one prowling manager making all feel uncomfortable. Unfortunate. Otherwise gold!!

A nice experience, well worthy of its rating (unlike many). Super friendly and helpful staff (sometimes a bit over the top, in fact), and love the comfy beds. Beware of in-house dining prices, but that's no different from other UAE hotels, and plenty of other eating options nearby.
