Saadiyat Island Holiday Packages

Booked this hotel and clearly stated there were 3 people. When checking in, Staff would not accept our booking unless we paid additional room rate as there were three people - what do they expect, we sleep in shifts? never heard of anything so ridiculous. Extra bed arrived and was a hard piece of wood with very little sponge, not comfortable at all, a blanket on the floor would be more comfortable. Room was freezing cold, even though we continually turned down the airconditioning. With the amount of hotels near by, stay somewhere else more reasonable.

Absolutely beautiful place the only thing u need is plenty of money for the taxes they add on. Breakfast cost $70 Aussie.

Was a very last minute booking, check in was seamless and everything was explained in detail, I used room service which was excellent. A great nights sleep and an easy check out made my onward flight from Abu Dhabi less stressful, will return

Good for the price. Handy location, easy to catch the city explorer bus
