The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Eager to help/assist any way they could. The room was impeccable. It was nicely furnished and clean with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was well appointed with a good size shower and variable lighting. Complimentary water, coffee/expresso and cookies were in the room. The room had AC and an in-room safe. Being at the Spanish Steps it was safe and offered many shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. There was also a taxi stand and subway very close by. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had beautiful view of the Spanish steps and despite being in a busy area, everything was easy access. Great accommodation and staff. Would highly recommend.

This place is a little hidden gem. Right beside Spanish steps. Only 5 rooms which are clean and modern (yet has a euro feel still). Love that you can open window and see some action outside. Situated in a safe but lively area. You can still hear a bit of the evening crowds later in evening but it didn't bother us. Staff is warm and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again at all.

Excellent on all levels except the elevator to the 3rd floor is so small it took 2 trips for luggage. There is no one to help with luggage and at 75 it was not easy. Upon leaving we sent luggage down elevator and used the stairs for ourselves. The room however was excellent with a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps. The room was soundproof so no disruptions. Great location, very clean and very adequate.

Our stay was great. It’s next to the Spanish Steps which is a great location for walking around Rome. The staff were wonderful and there are lots of dining and shopping options nearby. The Internazionale Domus is in the Piazza Spagna and vehicles are not allowed to drive all the way to door of the hotel.

We stayed at this property twice, once at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. Hotel is right beside the Spanish steps, close to restaurants and shopping. Our first room was very comfortable but unfortunately the room we had during our last stay smelled terribly of mildew or mold, very unpleasant.

The hotel locates next to Spanish steps. Our room has an amazing view of Spanish steps and the church above it. The area is safe. Spanish steps piazza is surrounded by luxury boutiques and fine dining. The hotel is nice and clean. Staffs are professional and provided good service. Highly recommend it. Will stay there again.

Great location in front of Spanish Steps

Hotel was great and centrally located to the left of the Spanish Steps. It is near ALL luxury brand shopping and restaurants. Only downside was our air conditioning stopped working for our room on the last night of our stay in 95 degree weather which brings my rating down.

Beautiful property and a room with spectacular views. The location made it easy to walk to everything we wanted to see and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We picked based on prior reviews and were just as impressed. We'll stay here again when we return.

We were dropped off by a taxi in the adjacent square as car traffic is not allowed to the entrance of the hotel. I was shocked and concerned as the entrance to the hotel is only a very large door with a buzzer, which you have to press and is answered by hotel staff and not what I am accustomed to. I entered the area and found a small but very welcomed elevator which took us to the 3rd floor and was met by a very nice lady, and down the hall was a newly decorated very modern entry area and check in. After checking in, we went to our room 301 which looks directly out to the Spanish Steps, very nicely appointed, spacious and very clean and comfortable. All interactions with staff were very pleasant and helpful, and our stay for 3 nights was great. They helped us arrange a ride to the airport for the flight home, which was waiting at the arranged time, and got us to the airport on time. My wife and myself enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it, besides not being prepared for the initial entry to the hotel everything else was terrific and the location is very central to shopping, sightseeing and great food spots.
