Location for all, great. Enthusiasm from staff poor, always on their phones, never engaged with us to see how our day was going. The room was lovely appointed ok. Tv had no English channels, no streaming and you could watch Italian porn. The roof top bar was ok, no draft beer and zero atmosphere .. food not available after their shocking breakfast .. why batch cook fried eggs and pile them high? Hot dogs as sausages! No one was bothered at check out so why say anything at all. Just won’t stay again.

Honestly staff was amazing and very accommodating when it came to transportation from cruise to hotel and then hotel to airport. They also let us leave our luggage so we could have time to tour around before check in.

The room we had was not very nice. The toilet seat was only attached on one side so it didn’t stay in place. The shower/tub couldn’t be used without getting water all over the bathroom floor. Not well maintained and seemed a bit shabby.

The hotel is older, but some areas in the room had not been cleaned for some time. The shower had midew all aroud the bottem. The thermostat was non functional. They gave you 1 door card at the desk... the power in your room was controlled by that card. If you went out you took the card and power was lost. Cant charge anything

I would have given it an over all 5 stars. However, I decided on a 3 because of some plumbing issues. we did not have hot water for 1 night. Aside from that issue, the hotel is very convenient to the sights. It is just across from the Vatican wall entrance. Lots of eateries around. Hotel is clean. Hotel front desk personnel could be a little more personable. Over all we had a good stay.
