I want to recommend my stay at this place—super comfortable and centrally located, very close to the Spagna metro station, which was extremely helpful for all our connections (just 3 stops from Termini). The room had everything we needed, and on our last day, the reception was kind enough to store our luggage free of charge so we could enjoy our final moments in Italy.

We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 older children. The property was wonderfully clean and super well appointed. We had ample space and the two bathrooms were a dream. The staff was so helpful and nice. We had too much heavy luggage to lug up stairs but that was our own fault. Stay was ideal for us and would def go back when in Rome.

Great location, couple of blocks from Spanish steps and walkable distance to Trevi Fountain. When we booked with them we thought we would be closer to Trevi but we got a notification that we would be housed in Piazza di Spagna Comfort Rooms which was a bit further away than what we expected while booking. The room was amazing, a bit old, which is typical in Europe so that really didn’t bother us. But to our surprise, we were housed in a 2 bed, 2 bath setup, which was extremely handy since we were traveling with young children. The only drawback was that the room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators, which was a bit tiring after 20k steps everyday in Rome.

It was a pleasant looking room. Bed was not very comfortable, but they were decent enough. Pillows kind of flat, but I guess I could’ve remedied that by asking for extra pillows. Loved that it was a three minute walk to the Spanish steps. I’m sure lots of places do not have elevators, but I guess I didn’t realize when I booked it. it was a challenge getting our four large bags up three flights of steps to our room. Overall it was good, not great hence the 4 stars.

The room was a convenient walking distance from parking right outside of the ZTL and close enough to walk to most of the attractions that I wanted to see. There was plenty of room to spread out and get comfortable when we were in the room. Management was easy to work with through ZTL when our arrival was later than expected.

Nice hotel with AC in the center of many tourist attractions. But I did not appreciate having to pay an extra fee for a late arrival. Leaving keys out shouldn’t cost 50 euros, and this was not disclosed until after booking. If it weren’t for that detail I would have given a higher rating.

Literally my best stay in Italy. I accidentally booked the apartment and was not disappointed. I felt completely safe and staff were awesome if you needed them. The location of this property is absolutely the best. You’re just minutes away from everything. The apartment itself was super cute and spacious. I did solo travel so it was more than enough room for me. I’ve been recommending this place to so many people. I would def be booing again. This stay was the cherry on top of my overall trip.
