Strutura facile da raggiungere, disponibilità di parcheggio libero in zona. Camera ampia e pulita. Letto comodo. Bagno con tutti i servizi e pulito, cambio asciugamani giornaliero. La zona cucina in comune è ben organizzata. Per colazione c'è disponibilità di caffè, succo, yogurt, merendine, burro, marmellata e cioccolata spalmabile. Possibilità di toast. A disposizione anche un microonde. La fermata degli autobus è vicinissima. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili.
