We had issues with billing that made things difficult and the owner was not the easiest communication wise. Here are my ratings out of 10. Mattresses - 2, very hard Pillows - 2, very firm Outside noise - 8, very quiet street Inside noise - 1 LOUD construction noise right over our room right after 8 am, also our neighbors talking/using kitchen late at night Shower - 6 half a glass panel, window on ground level, shower handle holder is loose so you can't adjust it Bath - 10 nice deep bathtub Kitchen - 8 access to dishes which is nice. No oven. Hair dryer - 8 very good Reception - 7 the cleaning lady is very nice and did her best to handle reception duties with some English. I was able to get in late at night thanks to talking to owner on Whatsapp but he didn't respond to texts so I called him. There was a struggle with paying at the end. Breakfast - 6 pre-packaged dessert pastries, milk, juice, yogurt, fruits Cleaning - 10 day two we had linens re-tucked and fresh towels put in A/C - 8 works but it's cyclically loud Window shades - 10 electronic full blackout shades Location - 8 pretty close to bus stop on foot Our biggest problem was payment. The receptionist was on and off the phone with the owner who kept breaking up, probably on vacation. The computer showed I had paid, but I wasn't sure as I already had issues with Expedia not honoring "Pay at Stay" at other places. I had to check every bank account I had but I had not yet paid. She took my payment and we then left.

Nice enough

This is the third Guest House we've stayed in and it's always the same problem, no one is available upon our arrival and it always seems to be a big problem getting things organised. Also, we found it the word breakfast included it means "there's stuff in the kitchen help yourself"and not much of it

The stat itself was nice. It was clean private room and with WiFi and air conditioning. My only issue was that is provides as a bed a breakfast which usually implies breakfast is served I would assume something, however they give you a kitchen with a expresso maker I couldn’t figure out how to use, a toaster and no use of stove and a locked fridge. There’s a small dorm like fridge in the room but it holds very little. Considering my 7 day stay was almost as much as a monthly rent in the states , having access to breakfast or even the ability to cook would have been nice. Outside of that I had zero complaints and my stay was comfortable and pleasant

We had a late afternoon arrival and Alessandra was there waiting for us. Had trouble reaching shuttle service, Alessandra arranged it for us, from and to airport. Very professional and welcoming attitude.

Hidden Jewel next to the Vatican

The staff is very nice and accommodating, the room is very spacious (3 beds), it has private new and spacious bathroom, AC.... Just everything we needed for our stay in Rome. It is a very nice please to stay. I can't say enough.

The service was amazing and easy to communicate with the owner. Close to different attractions, but still not packed with people around. The kitchen had lots of snacks , which was nice. Recommend this hotel👍

chambre propre, très bien située, (1 km du vatican), à 2 minutes de la ligne de bus (la ligne 916 vous emmene au terminus en plein coeur de Rome ); salle de bain correcte, climatisation très appréciable. Pas de parking mais on a pu se garer facilement à proximité de l'hotel

Pesimo, no hospedarse ahi nunca en la vida!!!

Para empezar, este no es un hotel, es un cuarto que te rentan y no ha y recepción 24/7, tienes que llamar a la persona que deja un letrero hasta que uno llega por lo que estuvimos esperando mas de 30 minutos a la persona que nos abriera el cuarto, esto es muy malo porque ibamos de viaje y no teniamos celular en esa ciudad. Reserve mi hospedaje con desayuno incluido y resulta que no ofrecen desayunos y la persona que se llama Alessandra dijo que no daba desayunos incluidos y que desde el año pasado no da desayunos incluidos y le mostré mi reserva con desayuno incluido y dijo que era un problema de hoteles.com y no era su problema. La cama estaba dura, las sabanas rotas, el cuarto hacia frio, no servia la calefaccion y el baño hacia un ruido extraño cada 20 minutos como de una bomba de agua, por lo cual las dos noches reservadas no pudimos ni dormir. Pesimo de hoteles que tengan estos pseudo hoteles reservando, que mienten sobre el desayuno y mienten sobre que es un hotel y no es hotel. Para terminar muy mal que nos cobraron adicional 14 euros por impuestos de la ciudad y en efectivo, por lo que tuve que ir a sacar dinero del banco y nos cobro comisión por no anticipar estos cobros adicionales en efectivo por parte de hoteles. Muy mal muy molesto por esta situación que pasa uno de viaje.

Rom ist eine Reise wert und die Unterkunft gut gelegen. Mehrere Buslinien waren in kurzer Entfernung zu erreichen. Diese fuhren zum Vatikan und ins Zentrum.
