The bathrooms were not really clean. There was impacted dirt around the wall edges. The shower/ bath was dangerous for elderly people as there were no grab bars and the tub had almost no non slip surface. The elevators seem to be almost on their last legs. Doors that hesitated in opening. The breakfast was not as good as other La Quinta’s we have stayed at with no waffle iron or pancake maker and no fresh fruit. Only some like warm scrambled eggs. Overall the staff was warm and welcoming working in a facility that needs a serious upgrade.

The staff was very helpful during our stay. The staff changed our room due to my left leg was in a walking cast and they did a great job looking after us.

I immediately noticed that the thermostat was not working, resulting in constant turning on and off of the HVAC system. The bathtub faucet was not attached to the wall. A pest control employee was spraying occupied rooms. When I inquired what he was spraying he said "Liquid". I asked "Liquid WHAT?" and he replied "Just liquid". Either he didn't know or was instructed not to say. The only bright spot to my stay was Miss Dee who was the breakfast buffet attendant. She was very pleasant and helpful. The food was fresh and abundant. The beds were very comfortable.

we got there late and left early with our little dog. Everything was fine and they only charged $25 for pets as compared to Sheraton/Bovoy/Meriotte charge of $75.

(1) We asked to be away from the elevators and ice machines to avoid late night noises that would disturb our sleep. So what room were we assigned? One with the elevators and ice machine on the other side of the wall! (2) The breakfast menu was limited with few healthy choices. No bran or other healthy cereal, only sugared kid cereals. No regular bread available, only cinnamon bread and bagels. No natural yogurts, only sweetened fruit-flavored ones. (3) The hotel is dated and needs a refresh. The furniture in our room was old and tired looking, the mini-fridge door would not close properly, and the bathroom sink area had almost no surface area for toiletries.

Aside from the breakfast choices the stay was enjoyable. I would suggest having a thermostat on the refrigerator in the room as it froze everything in it. The staff was great.

The front desk was very helpful... especially Houlah and Leiona (I know that isn't how to spell their names, sorry). They assisted me with my questions and concerns. I was there for quite a while by myself, and they made me less lonely. :) My handle for the shower was broken (it would turn 360 and I had to find the sweet spot to make it stop running). A gentleman was sent to repair it, but it wasn't repaired. i had to ask for a plug for the tub. The menu for breakfast wasn't followed (no bacon on Wednesdays and Sundays... I can't eat sausage which was served).

The staff was very helpful. When i went to check in someone had given my paid room to an unknown guest. The person that was in my room the front desk had no info on or even payment information. Someone had given her my check in form and she signed it. Nobody verified her information. She had a hyphenated name and it was the same as mine. But mine was not hyphenated. Someone didnt bother matching her id with my paid check in papers. Luckily i was able to get another room with two bed for me and my two boys. 50 min later i was in my room. 1:45 am.
