We stayed in two rooms in our stay. First room with King was very comfortable. Second room was cold even when boosting temp to 27. I went to restaurant and ordered two pizzas they were very good but that area was freezing cold.

Great staff. The room was nice but needs some updating. Window seals need replacing had to wake up and turn the heat up at 3am.all be it there was a winter storm. Black out blinds were good but needs sconces to effect full black out. Breakfast was good.

A big thank you to front desk check in .. my elderly parents went to Edmonton for a funeral of a good friend. I called to pay for a room upgrade to make their stay more comfortable .. and this for done for me gratis. ( albeit the better room was a few dollars more - but the gesture was much appreciated on their end )

The staff was great and the room was good, clean and modern finishes. The valet service was a nice option as parking is limited. Make sure to call ahead when requesting your vehicle from Valet as its roughly a 45 min wait for your vehicle. You can however pre-book valet when your are leaving if you have a set time and really recommend this. My only problem was the bed in the room was not comfortable at all and the pillows were quite flat and hard. I would stay again, but would hope to have a different bed with better pillows.

The room was clean, staff were great and breakfast (included) was decent. It was great being close to restaurants and the show we were seeing that night. The only downside was that Whyte Ave was very noisy until 2:30am and it was hard to sleep. This must be a common complaint as the hotel provides earplugs at the bedside.

The room was spotless and looked good. While unavoidable, the view out our patio door was of air exchange units, condoms and cigarettes. Our front desk ladies, were great and the valet very helpful. Weird box springless beds. Comfy though.

Room was clean but could use some detailed cleaning. Curtains aren’t all on the loops, under the glass on the tables for the tv and dresser could be cleaned. Some hypo allergenic pillows would be nice. Had a heck of a time to navigate the cable tv. And so much potential for the outside space out the patio door off our room but the door is screwed shut to only open 4inches or so. For $189.00 Im disappointed and expected more for what we paid honestly.
