The building is old and the exterior doors show a lot of wear. In fact, the doors provided no security to persons wishing to get inside the hotel. Safetu and security gets an F on that.

Our room was clean but the entire property is very dated. The elevator is hard to find and really far away from the front desk or if you are staying towards the front of the hotel. There is no signage for the elevator on the first floor and it is tucked away so it's easy to miss.

Jewel of a hotel

I was impressed with this hotel just as I was walking in. The interior was spotless and showed signs of care. The staff was pleasant and rapidly checked me in. On my way to the room I saw more signs of care as the windows were clean ( there were lots of windows) and clear and the floors were clean and polished. My room showed the same polish and cleanliness. The furnishings are somewhat dated but that didn’t bother me in the least. Good value, good staff, I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked this room for a concert after accidentally prematurely cancelling a reservation at another. Super convenient to the Lenovo Center. Super friendly guy at the desk. No real complaints. Sink did drain rather slow as if stopped up. Drawer on desk wouldn't stay closed so had to use the chair to keep it shut. Fridge kept drinks super cold. I did stop by at 4ish am to check out and techinically was not checked out. Received an email later to check out which I didn't see until almost noon but luckily doing the check out that late from my phone didn't result in extra charges since I actually left having not even been in my room 24 hrs. I'd stay again....not a complainer but do thorough reviews for others.

This hotel is slightly difficult to find, being located near a busy motorway junction, your GPS likely gives you a last minute turn here now prompt. The hotel does have a elevator, but it is located in an illogical location, (far from the usual close to reception position). The room was a reasonable size and every thing worked as it should. Like most USA hotels the only way of boiling water in the room is to use the coffee maker without a coffee bag, you can go down to reception to get a hot drink of tea, coffee or others. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection of hot and cold items. You would not stay stay this hotel if you didn't have a car, you can not walk to anything.

First day we got there, the bed and room was not made. We notified staff and they offered us a new room. Next day the key cards did not work. The day after that the housekeeper attempts to open the door while we’re sleeping. Everyday it was something. Do not recommend. The only thing pleasant is the front desk staff.
