The staff were very friendly and helpful at check in. The room was spacious and has everything we needed. The hotel was in an area with lots of bars and restaurants and a short 20 minute walk to the metro.

Room was clean and spacious. Location is ideal for access to key sights and transportation. Breakfast buffet had a great variety but was the same for the period of time we stayed. Every day had the same variety. On booking, it was noted that there is a free shuttle from the airport and back-but when we asked about availability, we were told that they didn’t have it. Must be a ‘miscommunication’😒

The rooms are unclean, they do not do a deep clean after each guest. You can clearly see the stains on the walls, dirty carpet, funky smelling rooms. Overall not happy

I have stayed in most of the hotels on Soi 11 simply to find the one that held the most value for the price and everything in between. For me, Solitaire wins. Rooms are clean, staff is nice (like most thai's are) and the location can't be beat. The only thing I will say is the breakfast buffet can use some work. The juices were watered down since last year when I was here and it just seemed they were trying to save money. The best thing is the omelet and noodle bar. Everything else is just good.

Wonderful customer service. Very friendly front desk staff. Helpful Bell and housekeeping staff. Very comfortable room with an extremely comfortable bed. The best night sleep I have had on my Thailand trip. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and I would come back here and stay again someday.
