Staff as always was excellent. The room was not great and i was not immediately offered an upgrade like the last time i stayed there. My biggest complaint is the room desciption it lisyed a refrigerator and a bar cooler you dont get both.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location is a perfect center-point to walk in any direction and find what you are looking for. The local night life was such a fun experience, whether you are just looking or participating. The in-room massage was on another level. The hotel had great food at a great price. All amenities were is good, working condition. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

Our bed shhets and pillows were dirty seems like moldy dirt. Lobby has a funky smell. Water in shower goes from burning hot to mild. Hard to enjoy ahower. Small rolms Day before our departure we called to extend one night next day thwy told us they made mistake and hotel is sold out. Gave us 15 min to check up and find another hotel. Staff lady apologized but not sincere kibd of apology. Location is great and room peices are good

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel and it’s not getting better. The good: location, breakfast (except as noted below), comfortable bed, cold ac. The bad: they replaced the coffee urns with high tech coffee machines. The problem is the new machines are slow with a line up of people waiting to get coffee and the coffee is terrible. Coffee from the urns was much better and faster. Also bad, hotel has not been updated in many years and is showing its age. Also, at times my room smelled from cigarette smoke (probably coming through hvac vents)
