Amazing staff at a wonderful hotel
Great location and comfort, but the staff they’re friendliness willingness to help make this an outstanding hotel. The food was delicious. Great drinks and the view from the sky bar was wonderful. Stayed two nights here and it was a perfect hotel to get to all the sites we wanted to see in Bangkok

I very much enjoyed my 4 night stay at your hotel. The room was good except the balcony door was unable to open, not that I would say out there but seems strange. Maybe to discourage smoking? Otherwise the room was good. I had a pool view. The bathroom was nice. The downstairs and pool lounges had good service and drinks. Breakfast buffet was very good. Ordered room service for dinner and the ceaser salad with grilled salmon was spot on. The To Kai Gai was flavorful with large amount of chicken. All in alla great stay. The only exception was room service for cleaning. Only had it once and was gone all morning with a light on for room service, thinking the food tray would be removed. When I came back still there. So I put it in the hallway where it was still there 2 days later. I let the desk know about it when I checked out. No big deal really but house keeping might need to be looked at. Hopefully it was an isolated incident. I would still use the hotel again as the expirence was a good one .
