Not a 5 star hotel

The hotel was clean however it didn’t meet my expectations of a 5 star hotel. Room decor was dated and in some areas worn in the main lobby. The room was very noisy, it is opposite the main road and the courtyard is not very private because people walk past and crest a lot of noise ( probably from the hostel down the road) along with the cars. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast place. It isn’t advertised as this . The breakfast gets dull after a couple of mornings as it’s the same offerings and the room where breakfast is served looks like a school canteen. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the price it charges and the services received . Feels like an upmarket bed and breakfast with a hefty price tag and no beautiful mountain views , only the road and the noise to go with it

Superb luxurious boutique hotel

Very luxurious rooms and suites. Very well appointed and comfortable with dreamy beds. Hospitable and friendly staff with the included superb breakfast and drinks and canapés (happy hour) made our stay sensational. Could not fault this lovely boutique hotel in a central and convenient location.

What we like the most about this property is the Staff. They are absolutely great and make you feel really welcome. They are there to help you with whatever you need which makes your holiday a very enjoyable one.

Very nice hotel with excellent service and excellent breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent. My only complaints are there was a lot of foot traffic near the windows, which could be a bit noisy during the day. And it is about a 10-minute walk to the area where all the dining and shopping options are.

Beautiful boutique hotel just a five-minute walk from downtown Queenstown. Nice rooms with a spacious kitchen and livingroom. Amazing happy hour and breakfast included in the price. Employees were very friendly. We would highly recommend!

Lovely little hotel in Queenstown

Wonderful small hotel next to the City Center. Super clean, quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and gondola. We were a family of 3 adults and a room with 2 queen beds worked perfectly for us. A small parking garage was great to park the car. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and evening drinks and small bites were also very enjoyable. We’d definitely return if our travels bring us back to Queenstown.

Lovely small hotel next to the City Center. We had a room with two queen beds and it was perfect for one night stay for 3 adults. Room was clean, pleasant, and quiet. Beds were comfortable and with nice linens. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was super friendly, nice, and helpful. We also enjoyed evening drinks and small bites. There is a small parking garage under ground so it was very easy to park the car. Overall, super pleasant stay.
