Friendly staff and the fact it is very close to all amenities. We had a lovely view of the lake and very private and quiet. Rooms are a bit tired and the fact there is nothing in the bathroom for airflow is a concern. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Great location and the room was absolutely fine for our needs. Unfortunately a house keeper dropped a bottle of wine from the balcony on to our car windscreen, which is ok as life happens. What was disappointing is the management team committed to calling us to follow up the repair and we never heard from them. Outside of this very unusual incident, the hotel is great.

The hotel is located at a walk able distance to the city. It was good for a family of 4. Would like to come back again. Good city views from the first floor. The only negative point was the parking at the hotel. The parking was unallocated so did not get a chance to park in front of my room.

Warm and clean and that's about it. Says on the website complimentary parking but there's only a few parks and it's first in,first served so we had to park on another street from the property. Not great in winter or if you have young kids with you. Booked a room with a view, - saw a fence and neighbors.unless cheek pressed to windowglass then saw abit of pretty hill. Had emailled property to say we would arrive at 8 but they rang anyway to ask when we were arriving. First day no hand soap provided so had to use tge shower gel to wash hands. Queenstown is gorgeous though and we had some great times outside of our accommodation!!!

The room was a mess there was rubbish under the bed when we arrived and lots of food crumbs on the couches. there was a hole in the roof in the hallway not ideal
