The holiday home is on the top floor. The ground floor is tenanted but access is via a separate entrance.

The T&C's for staying at a Tahuna Hideaway will be sent to you before arrival.

This property is situated in a peaceful residential area. We kindly ask that you respect our neighbor's by keeping noise to a minimum at all times, particularly between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

In accordance with Queenstown Council regulations, the following rules apply:

No amplified sound or music is permitted in outdoor living areas between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am.

Outdoor living areas must be vacated between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

During the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, neighbor's or the property management company may contact the council to report any noise disturbances or concerns.

Clean, Quiet, great view. Very difficult to access. My wife and I are 65. Steps to the unit difficult. The “ramp” was difficult because the lower unit tenant parked their cars to make it difficult to walk around.

The location for this apartment is amazing, close to the airport and Queenstown. The view from the living room was gorgeous. The kitchen and bathroom was nice clean and renovated. We had 4 people staying and it was the perfect amount of room. I wish there was more seating places in the living room though. The apartment is not ADA friendly at all and the stairs are pretty steep. If you have trouble with stairs do not get this place. While the place was primarily clean the carpet had a lot of hair in it and parts of the carpet in the living room was slightly sticky. The apartment says there is AC however the day we got there it was fairly hot and there is a small AC unit in the living room that’s it. Most nights were fairly warm and that unit did not do much. We tried to open the windows however a bunch of bugs came in. Also something to note this apartment is the top apartment and the bottom unit seems to have permanent residents.
