The room is very small for a family room but it was functional and very comfortable. We slept extremely well. The coffee and juice bar at the front desk were much appreciated as the coffee in the room was just meh. A bit expensive but it was Carnaval de Quebec so understandly so.

The staff and location were both great. The room quality was ok, though. The sheets were very poor quality and polyester. I have not seen that in even in cheaper 2 star hotels and lower star ratings. The bathroom was also very outdated.
