The staff are amazing and friendly. The hotel was clean; however, the beds are very uncomfortable and bumpy, they are too soft. The air conditioning in our room was making a tractor sound, we asked the staff to fix it, which they did almost immediately. but after two nights it started to make the same sound again.

THE HOTEL WAS FINE. OUR ROOM HAD AN ODD SMELL EMANATING FROM THE BATHROOM. KIND OF A MOLDY SMELL. THE SHOWER MIXER WAS DIFFICULT TO OPERATE...THE HANDLE WAS VERY STIFF. AND THE SHOWER GEL DISPENSER WAS EMPTY, WHICH WAS FRUSTRATING. THE LOCATION WAS OKAY. A BIT OF A WALK TO THE SITES, WHICH WE DIDN'T MIND, BUT LOTS OF HOMELESS/DRUGGIES IN THE AREA.
