Negatives: Hotel is very dated and dirty! Carpet not vacuumed in lobby. The same dirt was left outside elevator 3 days. The check in person gave us the wrong room. We had to go back and change. During the stay the room key was also not working. We again had to go down and change. There were also small stains on white sheets. The windows also needed to be cleaned. Positives: The location and view were excellent!

I had booked a suite; however, upon arrival, I found it in poor condition. It appeared that the bathroom and beds had already been used. I requested a change to another suite, but was informed that no other suites were available in the same category. As a result, I had to accept a downgraded suite—at the same price—in order to have a properly prepared room.

View was amazing, bed was comfy, but floor is sticky, fridge aint cooling and is leaking on the floor which makes our socks and shoes sticky. Couldnt put anything in the fridge so we had to spend money eating outside every meal, which exceeded our budget. Floor is chipped a lot of places and bathroom needs a solid remodel.
