Located inside the top floor of a house with garden with exit directly to the sea, independent entrance on an external staircase, sea view terrace with barbecue and table, fully equipped kitchen with appliances, large bathroom, laundry room with washing machine, temperature controlled, very bright, one double bedroom with sloping ceilings with the possibility of a cot, and a bedroom for 2 people.
