PLEASE NOTE: Vrbo states that the property is ~3 minutes from the Newport Bridge. This is FALSE, it is 3 minutes from the Sakonnet Bridge. The cottage is ~30 minutes from downtown Newport, ~20 minutes from Sachuest (2nd) Beach, and ~35 minutes from the Newport Bridge. We are working on changing this and we apologize for the confusion.

Clean basic one bedroom. Convenient location. Very basic set up (no wine glasses, no Kleenex, no washcloths, no trash bin in bathroom). But cute and clean. For one night it worked great.

We just stayed one night but making a mental note to come back for longer! The location is amazing and the house/property is cozy. Erin was very responsive when we had any questions and super easy to communicate with. We'll be back!
