Very accommodating staff as well as professional and friendly. We arrived mid morning and we’re provided an upgrade and unavailable room to check in early. The shuttle drivers took us to the light rail station and picked us up. Very easy. Room was comfortable and clean.

We didn't use the airport shuttle, as we couldn't get ready in time. However, they came right to our room and were ready to go. We finally ended up taking a cab. we left too early for the breakfast.

Elevator was broke. Bathroom door was so narrow I had to turn sideways to go in. Bed was not bad. Shuttle service to the airport was the best part of the stay.
This was the hair dryer in the bathroom.

To begin, the staff was very helpful and friendly. However the room had broken furniture, the curtain was stained, the bathtub was also stained and carpets dirty. We smelled cigarette smoke in the room. Never again.
