The hotel is really close to the airport but still very quiet and safe. The only complaint I had was they do not have an elevator so me and my 76 year old mother had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. Other than that I would recommend

A good stay!
A good stay! Close to the airport, just a short ride away from Cascade Station shops and restaurants. The hotel shuttle does airport pick-up/drop off available free of charge, you just have to call in advance. Our bed was comfortable. The mini fridge and microwave are a plus. A mini hair dryer in the restroom. There's a small "snack store" available near the front desk. Cylus (not sure if I'm spelling his name correct) was a great shuttle driver! If getting dropped off at the hotel by a rideshare, they'll need to take a ticket and the front desk will validate that ticket.

Good being on the 1st floor, they have no elevator. Not recommended for Seniors. Good transportation from airport at 3am. Clean enough, quiet enough, disappointing to have to walk blocks to get a bite to eat. Had to pay $1 to open exit gate while using Uber.

At first the property staff was not kind when I called to get a status on our room. After we came into the office and my husband confronted the staff, they got nicer. There was no type of continental breakfast and the parking validation is ridiculous but we felt safe and things were clean.
