During my stay on this property, I didn’t realize that it had poor reviews on Google. The room that I was placed in is outdated. The lock on the door was busted on the panel. The headboard screws are poking out. The furniture is very well used looks like the more popular red lions donated their older furniture to this red lion. Overall, it was just a really bad experience staying here. I do not recommend it to anyone.

The property was fine, but the lady that helped me at the front desk was fantastic. I got in late and she had such a great attitude, and was very helpful. She was there still when i checked out early the next morning.

This property is just a bit run down, beds are nosy, water pressure in the bath sink was low. The A/C could never be turned off the fan ran always. The biggest complaint is they even charge you for parking each night of your stay $10 each night.. which I find to be very much of a pain.

Property was clean other than the sugar ant crawling on the nightstand, and you know where there’s one there is a whole colony a short distance away. No elevator makes it difficult for an older individual to get their luggage up and down the stairs

Staff snapped at my brother twice during xheck in. There were several people in line behind me and she was working alone. My family felt uncomfortable sitting in lobby with staff member. I must say we returned our rental car tonite and the shuttle returned us to hotel very quickly.
