We stayed 5 nights and have to say the standard of service was well below par. For 4 of those nights we walked past the same dirty room service plates which would have been walked past every day by several staff. I'm sure the rats had a good feed on the scraps. Not sure if that's the branding message the Ramada wants! We tried to book in at 4.30pm after prior notice of our arrival time (again letting the hotel know of our expected arrival time) only to wait 30 minutes before our room was ready and check in time started at 2pm!!!. Feel like we were ripped off by 3 hours and were not offered any compensation or even simply a cold drink. We were harassed 4 times to check out on the wrong day because of a split booking made by the property which we told them about when we checked in. The last attempt by staff to evict us from our paid room was directed to my cousin who was extremely unwell trying to rest in our paid room to which the staff wanted her to walk uphill 500 metres to the hotel reception to settle the account even though we weren't meant to be checking out. We also had to ask 4 times for the beds to be made up as singles despite email confirmation before trip that this would be done. Finally at 9pm this was done. Some might say first world problems and I agree but if you pay for a 5 star experience (and boy did we pay) this was well below our expectations. I suggest Wyndham sorts this type of service out as its not on brand and in no way rewarding to your customers.

Amazing staff, really attentive and always very helpful. After staying here I can see why some might never leave the resort. The rooms are large and clean and the view over the lagoon is beautiful. The restaurant and bar are well set out, the only thing is ran out of stock and change a couple of night we were there but given it was over Xmas it's understandable. Absolutely recommend this place!

Very nice property. People so friendly. Only criticism is the food and beverages are overpriced. An international hotel shouldn’t be charging an extra 3.5 percent on credit cards

Loved the location! Great to have free use of the paddleboards and kayaks. Was a little disappointed with the cocktails. Some bar staff were excellent and cocktails were as expected , some missed chocolate syrup and honey around inside of glass as an example for toblerones. Not a cheap cocktail so wanting it to be as described.

Absolutely dreamlike! My husband and I cant wait to go back! We had the most perfect time! Outstanding staff, super clean and luxurious suites, stunning outlook, yummy food, very reasonably priced drinks, stellar service all round. Island Time at its finest. Thank you to all of the Ramada staff for making our stay so wonderful, you truly showed us why Vanuatu is voted the happiest place on earth! See you again soon Ramada Port Vila :)

The resort generally is very nice, friendly staff, nice location. We selected the resort because it could provide a king bed - this turned out to be two singles pushed together which meant we should have just gone with a queen (rather than sleeping on two single beds). Wifi is amazingly bad, though typical of the island. Pool bar was never open, despite signs saying otherwise. Would I stay again? Would definitely look closely at all options first

Spent 5 days there had no tv and no wifi for most of it bathroom had an open shower that looked great but covered the whole floor in water which made the bathroom like a slip and slide. The food was very average breakfast was just the same food re heated in the baymarie every morning. Dinner at night was hit and miss with a lot of things in the menue not available. The couple we stayed with organised a bayby sitter for a night it was advertised for around $20 hr on there website but when they checked out got charged around $50hr. Overall a dissapointing stay.
