Hi, checked in to a beach front room with the main door couldn't close as it was off its hinges! Kitchen cupboard handles also coming off. Staff did change room, but the maintenance is poor. Large folding doors the floor push handles need attention as almost impossible to slide to open and lock. Room very clean. Big dump of cardboard and rubbish on property next to room 202. Overall the restaurants are below standard. The Three Pigs has staff enjoying very loud music and offering poor service and poor quality food. The Cafe Vila is like a funeral home. Bored and untrained staff average food and 80s decor. Suggest look elsewhere to stay.

Since its outdoors with no curtains or insect screens as soon as food comes out flies are everywhere. Most times we were trying to get the flies off the food. Food choices are limited taste is ok. Resort has great amenities and staff are amazing. Pool is awesome and snorkeling gear can be borrowed and used from reception. Quite expensive though.

From the time we arrived to departure the staff were excellent friendly and helpful from everyone Place was clean and well maintained Thoroughly enjoyed the area to swim and snorkel off their foreshore around the reef Meals were freshly cooked and quite filling Breakfast was freshly cooked off the menu and delicious A special thank you to Bettina at breakfast her service was excellent Will definitely be going back
