Car parking facilities for guests needs to be addressed urgently. Its a good reason to not use this property. The property needs to accept American Express cards. This presents as an international hotel but fails to provide full international payment facilities. Other comparable properties in Port Vila accept all international credit cards. This one must also.

Shower water leaks out badly into the room due to poor design. No bottle water for guest. This is very bad as nowadays every hotel provides at least 1 bottle drinking water.

Great location. Hotel looks like it needs refurbishing and restyling. The staff is so nice and pleasing. Cleanliness needs to be addressed especially in bathroom/shower in room. The tobacco smell in the lobby is pretty bad.

Good overnight stay before going to another island

Cons: Update the rooms
Great to have 24 hour check in, rooms clean but need updating. Whole hotel smelt of smoke due to the air conditioning and the Casino
