Hi, Thank you for your feedback and lovely comments on the Hotel itself, the staff, the food and the shows. Of course a kids safety is always important. Thank you for your suggestion regarding the balcony railing. Usually with a family travelling with little toddlers, we always try to put them on the ground level for safety reason. From time to time when it's a full house it's when they get the 2nd Floor. But thank you for your suggestion, we will talk to the Management about it and maybe it will be something to think of in the coming future. Also for the Balcony railing.
