Will not recommend it , I booked in for king Felix room with bay view ,they give us a down graded room with a very small shower ,the bathroom door was touching the toilet ball .not even enough space for one person. they have offered us complimentary breakfast,but the room was much smaller than we have paid for it . Not happy with this kind of business. They should have refunded all my money as it was not what I did paid for .

There are so many places to connect with friends. There are chairs in the garden and many seating areas with luxe fabrics around the hotel. Very honey and classy.

All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and very helpful. The room amenities are outstanding, especially the Sandalwood shampoos, body wash and lotion. I loved the decor: the older style of furnishings shines through with modern functionality - a great combination! Definitely would return here.

our room for first night was terrible. we have been coming here for over 25 years. we were moved to a good room the next 3 days. the rooms need to be updated. all in all will stay again. they should have compensated us for the first night.
