Brand new construction! This awesome studio has everything you need to make yourself at home during your stay. There is a fully equipped kitchenette, with an electric two burner cook top, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
The property also features a queen bed, comfy leather love seat, and full bathroom with shower. There are a ton of other thoughtful details throughout like a live edge bar area, and a folding "murphy" desk made from an old basketball court!
The Space:
This is a Studio/Efficiency apartment. It is outfitted with everything that you may need to for a visit or to live. The space is approx 15' x 15' and features living, dining, sleeping, areas as well as a kitchenette and workspace. There is a full private bathroom attached as well. The property has a laptop friendly desk space as well as a bar height counter. There is a full sized closet as well as stack-able washer and dryer.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the unit itself.
The Neighborhood:
The Mount is an absolute gem! It boasts easy access to downtown, the airport, the North Side (stadiums) and all other points East/West/North and South.
We have a world renowned city view on Grandview Avenue where you also enjoy a choice of fine dining restaurants. You can scale Mt Washington and enjoy the spectacular view of Pittsburgh with a ride up and down the incline.
Our main business district is located on Shiloh Street offering a number of great options for lunch, dinner or to grab a quick coffee. Be sure to check out the 10+ miles of hiking trails offered on the Emerald View Trail System.
If you like architecture, check out Chatham Village, nationally acclaimed for its design and function, and stop for some coffee at Cafe Cravings.

The room was comfortable and roomy. The location is very convenient for quick travels downtown especially with multiple POGOH bike shares less than a mile away.
