It was very clean, but breakfast was not free and the being connected to the casino was misleading due to it being outside still and a very long walk down a fridged corridor.

Room smelled of chemicals. No running water. Staff blew it off saying it was only turned off for 30 minutes. Couldnt shower or brush our teeth. No apologies for inconvenience. Lounge closes earlier than posted times. We wont stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Bit disappointed that there was no info for times of breakfast or the lounge. Na amenities either. The worst was breakfast-- horrible., terrible powdered eggs, pancakes that you could not cut with a knife a nd muffin?, not sure what they were made out of. Importance was cleanliness of the room which was fine.

First, I would like to say that the front desk staff was really great and the housekeeping manager was really nice. But... When we arrived, we arrived around 10pm and the entire parking lot was full so we had to park next door in the casino's parking garage. There was a bridge to walk across, but it was still frustrating to have to walk across in the freezing cold. The biggest issue was the bathroom floor in our room. When we walked in the front door to the room, it had a urine stench. We noticed that there were dried urine stains on the floor around the toilet and the floor was really sticky. It was really gross. I told and showed a video I made on my phone to the front desk staff and the housekeeping manager when we checked out and they were apologetic. I am disappointed in our visit. We've stayed here before and never had an issue like this. I don't know if we wil stay here again.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent stay due to serious room maintenance failures and unprofessional staff conduct. I checked in at approximately 3:00 PM and found the room temperature at 65 degrees. I set the thermostat to 70 with the heat on before leaving. When I returned around 11:45 PM, the room temperature had dropped to 64 degrees, making the room unreasonably cold and unsuitable for occupancy. I contacted the front desk to report the issue and discovered the in-room phone only worked on speaker mode. I informed staff of both the heating failure and defective phone and requested to be moved to a room with working heat. I also asked that staff meet me at the new room to avoid further inconvenience late at night. I was told this was “absolutely not an option” and that I could either come to the lobby and possibly be reassigned or remain in the cold room. The attendant was dismissive and ended the call. When I went to the front desk, security was summoned and I was told I would be removed if I did not “calm down,” despite the fact that I was addressing legitimate maintenance issues and was not threatening or disorderly. I was eventually moved to another room after significant delay. Staff refused to provide their names and later falsely claimed I had cursed at them. This stay involved a non-functioning heater, a defective phone, refusal of reasonable accommodation, and inappropriate escalation to security. I am requesting a full refund for my stay

I appreciated the Starbucks and Sheetz in the same plaza as the hotel. It is also close to the freeway on- and off-ramps. The elevator was a bit difficult to use, but the hotel room was mostly tidy. The front desk staff were also friendly.
