The room type I reserved was not available when we've got there late at night to check in. The guy working was so great and found me a room that would accommodate my wheelchair, And a shower chair The breakfast in the morning was reasonably priced and yummy. The bed was very comfortable. Good pillows. Very clean

The temperature of the water in the shower is very warm but not hot. Sometimes you want a hot enough shower to overcome the air flow in the room.

Bryce and Forrest were very accommodating in moving us to another room because the heat wasn’t working properly. Could not be more pleased. Customer service A+. The breakfast is second to none at any hotel you will go to. Bob is a farmer food truck entrepreneur and has taken over the breakfast and lunch menu and it is absolutely fantastic! You must try his eggs Benedict with his homemade hollandaise sauce. We will definitely be back!

The young man who at check-in was very nice, informative and helpful. He showed us the rooftop lounge even though it wasn’t open. The room had all the essentials was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. I would recommend this property.

Stayed here while in town for the art festival just a block away, excellent location for that purpose and would highly recommend- I ran into another artist staying at the hotel who was as pleased as I was about it. I thought Bryce was very welcoming and helpful when checking in and answered all my questions. Hotel is modern, very clean, and overall pretty quiet for it being in such a busy area. I didn't end up using the outdoor pool because it was pretty cold outside, but I do think it was heated. I knocked off one star for two reasons: 1- there were a couple cafes/bars on site that were closed due to staffing issues with the third party that operates them, so not really a hotel issue but it was a part of why I booked the room. We checked in Thursday and would have absolutely had dinner and drinks at the hotel if they'd been open. I do believe something was open some or all the weekend days (Fri-Sun), but of course we were gone all day at the art festival and closed by the time we got back, aside from the lobby bar (?). 2- the heater in our room quit working Thursday night, we didn't really realize what was wrong until Friday night and by then there was no one on site to fix it- they gave us an extra blanket. It was very chilly and with no carpet in the rooms the floors were icy. They did get someone in to fix it for our last night there. 2 nights no heat and we were refunded for 1 night. Overall I'm happy with my stay in spite of those two issues.
